How do I switch my task bar from vertical to horizontal?

I accidentally made the task bar on my Acer Windows Vista laptop switch from horizontal to vertical. How do I switch it back?

I honestly do not remember how I switched it in the first place|||You should be able to drag it back down.|||You can go under desktop set up in your general controls menu and it will have a option to set the size and location, you can even change the icons in it.|||Just click and hold over the bar with your left mouse button and drag it to the bottom of the screen. :)|||right click it to make sure its not locked on then if its not just click and drag lol :)
