I upgraded from windows xp. I was able to set my refresh rate at 75hertz from 60 hertz (because 60herts caused the flipping). However, with the new windows vista, I cannot seem to set to 75 hertz like I could before I downloaded vista. ANY IDEAS?|||Did you run the vista compatibility wizard before installing it? A lot of hardware is incompatible with vista and could be a problem with your video card drivers. I suggest you roll back to windows xp and save yourself the endless headaches of vista.
Also, downloaded versions of programs are not the best way to go for stability and reliability.
